David Beckham is the new face of Breitling.

The soccer star has teamed up with the famed Swiss watchmakers to promote its Transocean Chronograph Unitime worldtimer watch and he says he was thrilled to be chosen.

He said: "I've always been a long-time admirer of Breitling. As a company they create not only the highest-performance watches but also timeless designs that have inspired generations. It was a natural choice for me to partner with this fantastic brand."
He also took to his Facebook account to share with his fans a look behind the scenes during the shoot.

He wrote: "I'm proud to be partnering with Breitling, here's some behind the scenes footage from my new campaign."

The campaign was shot by renowned American photographer Anthony Mandler and one image features David standing in front of a private jet wearing his Transocean Chronograph Unitime.

Aviation has always played a part part in the brand and it has created a number of travel watches including the famous Unitime in the 1950s and 60s.

Aishwarya Rai’s daughter Aaradhya Bachchan turned one on Friday and her birthday celebration was a rather quiet but intimate affair for the Bachchans. Amitabh Bachchan, the family patriarch who was not just the first to announce Aishwarya’s pregnancy and even the birth of Aaradhya Bachchan on November 16, 2011, to the world, shared the birthday pictures of the little one with his fans. “Aaradhya's 1st birthday !! Just family and the silence peace and quiet after many hectic evenings .. your blessings and love !!” Amitabh Bachchan tweeted. The superstar shared two pictures of Aaradhya Bachchan taken on her birthday. One of them had the birthday girl with her parents Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan. Another one had Aaradhya with Abhishek (see next page). Earlier, Aishwarya Rai had confirmed that Aaradhya’s birthday would be a private affair. “Time just flies and now she (Aaradhya) will turn one year old. For Aaradhya's first Diwali, we had both friends and family at our place but for her first birthday, we plan to keep it a private and family affair. It will be with family and my parents,” Ash had said. For a good part of Aaradhya Bachchan’s first year, the Bachchans were not open about sharing her pics with the media. But that has clearly changed now.

An L.A. Judge Halts Halle Berry’s Plans To Move Daughter Nahla To France, Highlight Hollywood News

Halle Berry most definitely did not say, Merci, when a judge in Los Angeles on Friday denied the actress’s request to move from Los Angeles to France with 4-year-old daughter Nahla, according to TMZ. Halle’s ex and Nahla’s father Gabriel Aubry, a Canadian actor and model who contends that his work is primarily in L.A., objected to the move.

 
Berry, who is engaged to actor Olivier Martinez, has maintained that France is a safer place for her to raise her daughter, noting stronger paparazzi laws.

Aubry and Berry split in 2010. Their relationship quickly became strained as they battled over custody issues, including Berry’s demanding filming schedule.

The couple later came to what had appeared to be an amicable agreement, with the help of a judge

News was first to break the story.  Sources say the two just weren’t spending enough time together, and they will definitely continue being friends.  

The actress, 20, and Bieber, 18, officially stepped out as a couple in February 2011 after months of dating quietly.  “I don’t ever want her to feel like I’m ashamed of her,” the pop star tells Oprah Winfrey of his now-ex girlfriend in an interview set to air Nov. 25.

Both are just kids, so hopefully the media will leave them both alone.
